When a payer drifts, the correction flows into the pricing config — and any client difference caused by our error is written off automatically, with a one-click write-off for edge cases. Production adds: claims queue (837P out, 835 in, denials, resubmission), copay/coinsurance collection, refunds, payouts via Stripe Connect with 1099s, and reporting on utilization, no-show rate, time-to-first-appointment, outcomes, and margin per session by payer.
