Clearwell contracts licensed psychologists and master's-level therapists (1099) to see adults in Arizona by video. Here is the actual per-session pay — the same figure whether the client pays cash or uses insurance:

How it works
- You control your caseload. You set your own hours, caps, and buffers. New clients come as requests you accept or decline — we never assign anyone, and declining costs you nothing and is never explained to the client.
- No hidden ranking. When we suggest you to a client, the reasons (specialty, language, availability, licensure) are shown to them on screen. There is no secret score.
- No-shows: if a client cancels inside 24 hours or doesn't show, they're charged the full session price and you're paid 50% of your session rate.
- Policy changes: any change to pay or policies is versioned and you're notified 30 days before it takes effect.
- A named human: the Clinician Support Lead's name and direct contact are on every screen of the clinician portal, next to a ticket system with a response-time commitment.
What you'll need
An Arizona license or PSYPACT E.Passport (psychologists) or Arizona telehealth registration, an NPI, a CAQH profile, and malpractice coverage of $1M/$3M that includes telehealth. Payouts run through direct deposit with standard 1099 reporting.
